I am excited to be speaking at the Radical Love Summit. I am honored to be part of this event helping singles and couples revolutionize their experience in Love & Relationships.
At the event, I will be speaking on ways to Ignite the Power of Feminine Energy & Fire Up Your Love Life. So today, I thought I would give you a sneak peak into the topic and share some tips with you.
If you have read my blog posts before, you have heard me talk about masculine and feminine energy and how important this is in relationships. Women spend most of their work day in masculine energy, doing and accomplishing things. We tend to carry this over into our relationships, which can cause problems. While men are attracted to women who are strong and independent, they also like to see our feminine side as well. It is our femininity that attracts them to us from the start. Our feminine energy mixed with their masculine energy is important, as it is what causes the spark between men and women. The problem is that in today’s fast-paced, competitive world, women tend to forget about their feminine energy, and this can create problems in our relationships, whether we are dating or already in a relationship. So, how do we regain this feminine energy?
Men are attracted to our happiness
Men are attracted to our happiness and positive emotions. If you find yourself complaining or being negative during your time together, this will be a turn off to the guy. He will not want to give you the attention you desire. I know things happen in life, and you are not expected to always be in a good mood. That is not realistic. But men enjoy our playfulness, and this is important to our relationship. Make sure you are spending enough time having fun together; the problems will still be there later.
Stop managing, controlling, and over-giving in relationships
As women, we need to make reconnecting with our feminine energy a daily priority. One of the ways we can do that is to give up some control and stop managing, controlling, and over-giving in our relationships. This can cause men to feel disrespected, and it hurts the relationship. It is also exhausting for us! It takes courage to give up some control. It is important to realize that femininity is vulnerable but not weak, and it take courage to be vulnerable. I am in no way suggesting that you have no say-so in your relationship. I am suggesting that you allow him to take the lead and to be of service to you at times. There is a balance we need to find between doing and being. Finding this balance is revitalizing and rejuvenates us as women.
Fire up your love life
It is important to create and maintain passion in a relationship, and it all starts you with you ladies. It is important to feel attractive for yourself first. This is not just about appearance. It is how you feel about yourself, your self-esteem and confidence. Beauty has so much to do with confidence and feeling sensual no matter your age or body type. It is about your emotions, attitude, and state of mind. Passion and zest for life are sexy! What makes you feel sensual and feminine? Do you have daily rituals that help you connect with your body and feel feminine? I encourage you to spend some time looking in the mirror and feeling confident and beautiful. Do something daily to take care of yourself and help you feel good about yourself. Pay attention to your attitude as well as your looks. Beauty comes from the inside.
We have been taught that when we work hard, we are rewarded. That may be true, but what about pleasure? Do you plan and make time for pleasure? When you do, does that plan involve your partner? Does it involve intimacy and passion? Our relationship should be our safe havens, a place to share and love.
I have SO much more I would love to tell you about how feminine energy can enhance your life and your relationships. I hope this gives you some ideas to get started.
